The wind power generation system when compared with ordinary wind turbine, with wind energy utilization, and high (up to 80%, the highest average wind turbine wind energy utilization will not exceed 30%), wind energy conversion efficiency (up to 90%, and average wind power machine wind generators conversion efficiency up to 50%), power generation, the number of hours long (up to 5,000 hours per year for more than the ordinary wind turbine is only 2200 hours), require low wind speed (wind speed can generate electricity for more than 3 meters per second, normal wind power confidential at 9 meters per second wind speed when Caixing), power generation, power (an ordinary wind turbine 3 to 5 times), and may at any time, power and other advantages. In addition, the system in the power generation process without any pollution and radiation, the use of magnetic field intensity are in line with medical health.

Smart gradient wind power production project located within the Economic Development Zone in Suqian Su Xu Ning Expressway east, south of Nanjing Road, People’s Avenue west. The project registered capital of not less than 2.1 billion yuan, fixed assets investment of not less than 30 billion yuan, one phase of the project will start construction within two months, put into operation within six months after completion of project estimated annual sales of 5 billion yuan.

TRT, according to reports, production of wind power to become Turkey’s investors were optimistic about the new projects.
Established in the Turkish Ottoman Ni Yeba Heqie County, Turkey’s largest wind power plant, equipped with 54 turbines, of which seven have already installed turbines become operational, a capacity of 17.5 megawatts. Turbines have been installed in the end, will be 135 megawatts of generating capacity to become Turkey’s largest wind power plant.
The power plant installation of all turbines will go to the end of the year is expected, when the annual wind power generation capacity will reach 500 million kilowatts / hours.
Had spent nearly 800 million Turkish lira to the power plants, Turkey is expected to achieve the economic benefits of an annual 85 million liras.

Wind power is the conversion of wind energy into a useful form, such as electricity, using wind turbines. At the end of 2008, worldwide nameplate capacity of wind-powered generators was 121.2 gigawatts (GW).Wind power produces about 1.5% of worldwide electricity use,and is growing rapidly, having doubled in the three years between 2005 and 2008. Several countries have achieved relatively high levels of wind power penetration, such as 19% of stationary electricity production in Denmark, 11% in Spain and Portugal, and 7% in Germany and the Republic of Ireland in 2008. As of May 2009, eighty countries around the world are using wind power on a commercial basis.

Large-scale wind farms are typically connected to the local electric power transmission network; smaller turbines are used to provide electricity to isolated locations. Utility companies increasingly buy back surplus electricity produced by small domestic turbines. Wind energy as a power source is attractive as an alternative to fossil fuels, because it is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, and produces no greenhouse gas emissions; however, the construction of wind farms (as with other forms of power generation) is not universally welcomed due to their visual impact and other effects on the environment.

Wind power is non-dispatchable, meaning that for economic operation all of the available output must be taken when it is available, and other resources, such as hydropower, and standard load management techniques must be used to match supply with demand. The intermittency of wind seldom creates problems when using wind power to supply a low proportion of total demand. Where wind is to be used for a moderate fraction of demand, additional costs for compensation of intermittency are considered to be modest.[3] Studies of a pan european power grid, show that wind can be used to meet eg 70% of load, over a wide area of interconnected grids, and then the costs of electricity delivered into the consuming country are comparable to present day power cost
